I think that altering the offensive scheme a little bit might be in order. Florida (esp. under Spurrier) finds a way to get the ball to talented players, even if they are under-experienced. A lot of this can be seen in the passing game, where less "field knowledge" is demanded of the receiving corps. It's more of a "you go there, we'll throw the ball to you" approach, as I understand it. UT employs more of a "read" approach, with a steep learning curve that limits the efficacy of its young guys.
Just a thought. . . .especially with our huge question mark at the WR spot this year.
