My pet peeve is when there is traffic and people who aren't in a hurry don't GAF about paying attention to how they can do their part to optimize traffic. When the light turns green, I am ready and don't allow a gap in front of me that would mean a car behind me doesn't get through the light. It's really just common courtesy. And you got people who will allow a 5 car gap because they're on their phone, or whatever. Crucify them.

And conversely, I really appreciate people who I can see are on the ball. The other day, I let 2 people in and as I started to let in the 2nd guy, he wasn't expecting the generosity, so he wasn't ready to go. Then I'm thinking, "oh no, I'm gonna let in this 1 guy in and it's going to cost 5 people behind me." But then he noticed, punches it, immediately closes the gap, and then I close behind him, and nobody behind me suffered. He understood the assignment. That was 4 weeks ago and I still think about that guy.

True, but it seems as though that has been diluted by overuse, along the lines of how the meaning of "racist" has been eroded and diluted.

I don’t have any pet peeves so I’ll share some of the things I love

- I love it when I park in the back of an empty parking lot and upon returning see that someone has parked next to me and has hugged the line. Cars get lonely too.

-I enjoy seeing people leave shopping carts between cars. Lets me know that there are some vip’s who don’t have time for such frivolities such as cart returns.

- I enjoy nuking a beautiful piece of ribeye well done for picky in-laws. I should probably microwave them like high -end steakhouses do when receiving such an order. (They really do)

-I love the sound of food being smacked. I would never murder someone for any reason.

-I think it’s cool to see people take selfies for for the most banal crap. “Awesome photo of you in the Cracker Barrel gift shop”.

-I respect the safety conscientiousness of people who drive 10 under in 25 mph speed zone. Always a Kia Sol or Prius.

I understand wanting the privacy of the stall, but not lifting the seat is a special level of rudeness.
