It's like a stay-cation. It's amazing with no soccer (2 competitive kids) and my wife's person to person business (shutdown), I actually see and spend time with my family.

I still work, I have been remote for more than a decade.

It's rough on my wife and kids, being in Isolation Nation. But I do like seeing them more.

I'm grateful for all the medical personnel at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis for taking fantastic care of my wife March 10-14. A big shout out to all who work at hospitals and clinics during this crazy, confusing, and what-the-hell is coming next period in our history.
My wife is glad (I think) that schools are out so I can see about her during her recovery.

Since I work doing sports for TV my last job was packing up the truck on the SEC tournament. Since then it has been email after email of cancelations. It's an uneasy feeling but having my kids with me and being able to spend all day having in depth conversations and creating a tighter bond, there isnt't enough money in the world that can pay for that.
