weirdness

On the sidewalk I never step on cracks, and always alternate which foot steps on the next block first. If I touch a body part, scratching, rubbing etc, I have to do the same thing to the other one. Same with other people. Like if I scratch my left arm 3 times I immediately do the right one.

Both things are a balance thing with me, I feel off otherwise.

The good thing is sports wise it's helped. Cause during practice if I shot 100 times right handed I had to left handed. Probably why I have a good handle as well. Bad thing is I sometimes look crazy stutter stepping down a sidewalk.

I try to spend the first few seconds in any new environment doing my best Jason Bourne and picking up everything possible. Its almost like a little game I play with myself to keep the day from being boring.

If I see a number sequence, ie a license plate I have to move the numbers till they are even. If they can't be then I make a pattern.

Example. 4785 I would move 2 from the 8 to the 4 making them both 6's, then move 1 from the 7 to the 5 making them 6's. So instead of 4785 it would be 6666. Or 584 I'd move 2 from the 8 to the four and make them 6's. Since I don't have anything for the 5, I'd slide it to the center. So 584 becomes 656. Yes I might be crazy

I tend to add numbers then see what they are divisible by.

I add all the numbers in a sequence together. And then add the numbers of the sum together until it is a single digit.

Numbers that add together to 9 are one's I think are better because the sum can be no greater.

For example, the phone number 865-938-1717 comes together to 55 which together is 10 which together is 1. This would be a bad number.

I used to do the same thing when I was younger BJ. When I was in math class I used to play around with patterns and numbers.

Whenever I play basketball, even video games, I have to make everything even. I can't score any odd number of points, or anything. I guess I hate odd numbers.

I do this too, minus 1's being bad

I do that with my radio or tv volume, I cant have it at, say 17, 23 etc

many times I will flip magazines and such from back to front. I wonder if that comes from me trying to see booby in the back of Vogue magazine as a 20 something.

Instead of acting like a weirdo in the lobby of the Dr.'s office, try schmoozing the receptionist. Beard-stroking is a fad these days.

I do stuff like that with numbers. It actually helps me remember the real # because I know how much I moved from each one.
I count steps between sidewalks crack n force myself to keep a pattern.

I wear a pedometer and then I mentally count my steps each day, just to make sure the pedometer is correct.

After 4 years, the numbers have always matched, but I still keep counting.

For some weird reason, I can guess pretty accurately the time of day. I never thought about it until a close friend commented on it. I don't go by sun placement, shadows or anything else. Just pure guess. I'll always be within 15 minutes of the correct time.
