We won so it’s not an “excuse” but REFS.

Make them full time, pay them a good salary and hold them accountable. Thats the only way to fix it. With advances in cameras and AI there’s no reason that refs shouldn’t be held accountable for awful calls or no calls.
You realize that the refs are doctors, lawyers, professional types, right? How are you going to pay them enough?

Yes I’m aware. Make them full time and give them a substantial salary to where they have something to lose if they are bad at their jobs like the rest of us. These part timers don’t care.

The money is there to attract the right people. The league just doesn’t care.

Gotta say that Banks and his defense were much more problematic than the refs in this one. Instead of looking for external causes for our issues, perhaps we should look within? I'd start with Banks and the defensive staff and players along with the man that assembled this coaching staff.
3 forced fumbles, 9 sacks, 13 tfl not too shabby

College football is a multi-billion dollar industry.

The idea that officials suck because they are “part-time” is, for good reason, questionable.

Especially when those “questionable” calls largely seen to work to the benefit of the most money coming to the league more often than not.

Something has to be done. I’m sick of it. absolutely sucking any entertainment out of the sport anymore. No consistency, one sided called games, no accountability, no fines, no punishments, no answers. Either they’re complete bafoons and are horrible at their job or they’re corrupt and do whatever they feel like doing. It’s a complete embarrassment with all the money that’s made by this conference we can’t get decent officiating. I understand it’s a job that’s impossible to be perfect at, but I’m literally just asking for a c+ job. It’s an f every damn week somewhere, complete clown show and has been for years. When is enough enough?

We played Saben coached teams for a decade and half and this was still somehow the most one sided called game I’ve ever seen as a fan. Make it make sense.
I see this same comment pretty much every week, but I almost never see a concise list of the transgressions. I think such a list would be more compelling, for anyone that really wants to convince. Otherwise, it just comes across as a lot of "eye of the beholder" complaints.

The officiating was horrible. At least two clear defensive pass interference calls that were not called against Arkansas that ended drives. Multiple missed holds that affected the outcome of the plays. I thought mustard bottles were about to start flying.

OP, be glad you’re not a Barn fan right now.
