This just a sample size. I’ve been watching her game film and this is as good a freshman you’ll see on the Power 4 level next season. She is going to improve before ever playing a game just by stepping on campus at Tennessee. One of only two historic WBB brands in basketball!
Some other goofy made a reference about some Burger joke… him/her must don’t know it’s a reason all these pretender McDAAs are hitting the portal after their freshman and sophomore years.
You ain’t about to fool Coach Caldwell with no frauds again!

Found a fiba game that Irene played in looks like a really good player in all phases of the game.

Just looked through Twitter. He only has 6, not 7. So we don’t have Skinner and probably unlikely if she is taking other visits.
He spaces them out. Every player get their own day. If she committed, he will probably post tommorrow and the player will officially announce sunday/Monday. At least that is the pattern thus far.

It will be us or Alabama so until we know for sure no one is counting her. Was told she committed then was told going to Alabama to visit then decide. For me not a huge difference maker even though she is an experienced player. Just look at other point guards if Bama is where she wants to play her last season.

👆”We” don’t have a team to NEED what you call big girls. I’m good with every player the Lady Vols coaching staff has gotten a commitment from and understand that they have multiple options to fill their remaining roster spots.

Better have some rebounders be hard for 5’8/5’10 to out rebound the 6’4 plus. Not only that must not planning on any inside shoots going up. One thing I don’t want to she is the small guards trying to drive inside thinking they can shoot over the bigs seen to much of that

Where are the BIG GIRLS?? We need BIG GIRLS!! To be successful in the SEC, you have to have some Big girls who are physical and aggressive…
+1,000 …unless they get some 6’-5” or bigger players the opposition is going to feast on layups and rebounds. If they don’t the Lady Vols better shoot greater than 50% from beyond the arc ….
and good luck with that !!!

You have no clue - lots of highly ranked players hit the portal - we just don't seem to be attractive to any of them.

I think CKC and company are doing the best they can with the players that are interested. Many don't seem to be interested.

This - we can't beat the better teams without taller players to fill out the roster. And we may actually struggle with the mid-range teams that have forwards / centers.

Keep in mind, CKC has said several times in the past that she would love a team of mostly guards. I imagine this is better for the system she runs. Do I think we need a couple of bigs for key matchups in the SEC? YES! But, this is not the system where every ball needs to touch the paint.

How many open spots on the roster? Might want to wait before prognosticating credibility away. Staff still on the clock. Fat lady not warming up yet. DW might have some NEW tricks in the money bag.

The psychology of having a shorter team may pay dividends with the referees....Perhaps, they will get tired of blowing a whistle against our shorter team in the paint....It's possible...

If we have to, we will improvise.....
