We Don't Have A Quarterback

Stop saying "SEC QB" or "SEC caliber QB." Drives me crazy. SEC quarterbacks can suck, too. They wouldn't be on an SEC team if they weren't SEC caliber.
“not-SEC” usually just means “fails my eye test” and is not based on anything objective. Drives me crazy too.

ive been on the “Why aint Bailey playing “ bandwagon but it was easy to see he isnt ready to start. Hooker is the best we have right now. When/ if bailey will be ready, who knows. Without a doubt he is the best passer but it takes a lot more than throwing the ball to lead an offense.

Hooker's fine and a throw or two from very good. Obviously, missing the wide open tight end on the left sideline (can't remember which one of them it was) was big. One option handoff he should have pulled and run for 10 or more yards out left instead of letting four guys hit the running back. Other than that, the third down pass on our first series is of the "should have been caught" variety; and obviously Calloway's 4th down drop was enormous. There were also at least three bad snaps on third down plays that basically shut us down.

I did find it strange that Milton had the middle to throw to, while Hooker didn't. Could be reads, but could be play calls.

That's what I say to you, you have never made anything but condescending remarks concerning Bailey. If I was Bailey I would begin looking for another team NOW, he never was and never will be given the opportunity to play.

Ok Bailey fan boy.

Let me make it easier for you.

He has zero pocket awareness, doesn’t have the speed to escape pressure, limits the offense on what Heupel wants to do, overthrows his WR’s just like Milton.

He didn’t see the field under two coaching staffs and was sitting behind Maurer before he transferred out.

But go ahead and continue with your fantasy world.

To say he over throws wrs like Milton ruins your entire statement. There has never been a college qb throw long balls as bad as Milton

If Hooker can't go against Mizzou I'd much rather see Bailey than Milton, but Hooker is the man. For those who say he's not SEC caliber he's like 2nd or third in Passing efficiency in the SEC.

Bailey started the last 3 games of the season under Pruitt. How can you be the starter the last 3 games and not see the field.

Yeah, Bailey going 12-of-15 for 260 yards and 2 touchdowns is a reason for massive concern
Didn’t Bray go 5-30 in the Spring game before his final season? I don’t think it’s too wise to put much stock in Spring games.
