Touché. Still, the kid is ultra talented. Can't imagine he can't be a lockdown corner....perhaps when he stops running track and devotes himself to perfecting his craft in the offseason.

Nkemdiche was super talented as well, could've been as good as he wanted to be, as good as anybody thought he was gonna be. Just doesn't play with consistent effort and is clearly a bonehead. You may be right about Adoree, we'll know soon enough.

Production is always important. I just prefer physical freaks that underperform in college over midling athletes that have all world production.

You can teach freak athletes like Nkemdiche to play harder. You can't teach small and slow players to get bigger or faster.

But here's the thing, more often than not those "physical freaks" that underperform don't make it in the NFL. Wouldn't you rather take your chances on someone who has actually produced and shown they can accomplish something rather than taking a huge risk on an unproven player? These GM's, coaches, and owners literally have millions of dollars invested in drafting/acquiring players that will produce in the NFL. They can't take unnecessary risks.

Why was it a dumb choice? What if he would have gotten injured again? Which at this point is much more likely than not. Also, I am not so sure that if healthy he would start. With George, JJ, Malone and PWilly, he may have just been a fill in.

North obviously didnt have draftable talent. Or he would have been drafted.

Come on dude. You really think those three safeties in crappy ass conferences are gonna be NFL legends or superstars. No. Randolph proved he is a much more physical specimen. I can 99% guarantee Randolph is more NFL ready than those guys.
