Watch,, it!! Health, exercise etc.

Mines been wack since July the 15th because a change in my schedule. My 7 day average as of today is 71. My score last night was 62. I had a 50 last week. I anticipated it so I'm not too bent over it.

All my other numbers are improved. My 7 day HRV is balanced now at 52.

Ill hopefully get my sleep back on track in a few more weeks.

I just made a drink that's supposed to help sleep. Chamomile tea, tart cherry juice, and Calm. We'll see.
 
On leave so out of my routine I guess. Didn’t even look at my morning stats until after my workout. Apparently I didn’t even look at my watch. When I did, I discovered I was still in sleep mode. After manually turning it off and several push syncs, I still have no sleep recorded for last night. Which is a bummer, not only because it breaks my streak, but I felt like I got a pretty good night’s rest

I just got it too, but The App from IQ is much better. 4 screens and bigger fonts.

The update has screwed up my sleep app. I changed some things today hoping its fixed.

3 mornings in a row I had sleep score and all the stats as normal. At night it all disappears and says No Data.
 

Very first Microled. Samsung and Apple both have been trying to put one out for 3 or 4 years but couldn't figure out how to make it cost effective. Evidently Garmin is just going for it.

The brightest screen available at 4500 nits. For comparison all you Garmin owners with amoled screens have a brightness max of 1000 nits. Samsung and Apple max out at 3000.

Anyway, its rumored the new Garmin Microled will cost $2000. Be thicker and bulkier. Thank you Lord!! Lol.

Mine has been fair to good for a week and went to 49 last night.

I was on leave and thought maybe I just screwed up the times. But I started back to my routine and it didn't help for at least six days of "routine". Hopefully last night starts a trend. Hopefully your last night was just an outlier.

are you getting the microled?
