Which watch? I know you had to get another one because they said you couldn't wear the 965, but I don't remember what you got or if you just wear it at work. Sorry, I just do remember.

Regardless of what deekface says, I'm old and getting older and my memory chip is full.

After I did that reset on my 965 a couple of weeks ago I think it changed some things for the better. Do with that info what you will.

I did the first one on the list "Reset default settings". It saved all my stuff and I only had to change a couple of settings back.

My thought on it was maybe playing with it sometimes I changed something by mistake or didn't know I changed or most likely changed something thinking I knew what I was doing but didn't. Lol. The reset fixed all of that if there was in fact any of that.

Anyway, it seemed to work better afterwards. It's also possible it was just in my head. Either way it didn't hurt anything.
 
I fell asleep not long after aTm-ND. Prolly 1145 at the latest. Woke up a little after 7. My watch however thinks I only slept from 2:42-6:33 though. Honestly think I slept good. Especially those three hours in the beginning that weren’t recorded.
I’ve had what had better be my last summer cold since Thursday night (why yes, older grandson’s school did start up again; why do you ask?) I’ve gotten 4-6 hours sleep since then, but last night, I crashed. I’ve had weird sleep profiles before, but this one takes the cake:

What am I missing? I mean that's alot of core an very little REM and DEEP, but isn't that normal for you? Are you saying you didn't sleep 10 hours?

No, I definitely slept ten hours, but the deep level, that was ridiculously low, even if I’d only slept six. But it seems my low-grade fever broke last night (pillow needs a lot of airing out!), so it’s not like my immune system would be doing its nightly recovery job during deep sleep.

Yes. Unfortunately, melatonin works bass-ackwards on me. 😡 Not interested in any Rx meds also.

I’m actually fine with 7 decent hours, and if I don’t let anxiety get stirring, I can usually do that. And it’s pretty common for old farts like me to have a lot less deep sleep. But after the mornings after I do get a lot (~15% or more), I feel so much better that I’m trying to find the common factor or factors in the day and evening before. So far, it seems completely random.

And for a pattern freak like me, that’s quite maddening.
 
I was taking 10 mg 30 minutes before bed but that was too much. I cut it down to 5 and that seemed to be perfect.

I've stopped taking it for 4 nights so far because it was causing me to have bad dreams. Because I track my sleep info I figured out that alot of the times my strees jumped during sleep it was in REM and I woke up. So I stopped taking it to see what happens.
 
This week I averaged about an hour and 20 minutes of deep.

About an hour and 10 minutes REM.

I was really doing good on my HRV last week, now I have this new watch and have to wait 3 weeks to get a reading. Lol.

Ok, that’s a good night for me
I'm not complaining, just trying to tweak it. I'm waking up 3-4 times over 5 minutes almost every night and I'm averaging 6:16 right now and I'd like to get it to 7.
 
I need to get a little better sleep to improve my recovery time and readiness. I only ran 5.5 miles yesterday and this morning I had 60 hours recovery and 1 training readiness.

Getting good rest today with little stress helps alot. I'm at 40 hours and 25 training readiness.

He's having issues. Thought he could pull against the Vols and get away with it.
I have always rooted for the Mocs when the rare game pops up. I posted pictures the last time they were in Neyland of me in mocs gear, pay attention. "get away with it"? LOL It's where I graduated you retard. I went to both schools, and I have supported both programs in many ways. I have spent far far more money on season tickets and everything else for the Vols. I love that Tennessee looks awesome this year, and I'll be rooting for them all season, but Loyalty isn't something you choose when it's convenient, it's something people with integrity choose daily period. I actually spent time on both campuses, as a student and a graduate. Which is more then can be said for alot of fans. I grew up in the shadow of Neyland, and in the shadow of McKenzie Arena. These are my schools, and these are my teams. By all means "report me" for being a Mocboy....but I am also a Tennessee Volunteer. Now go sleep with the fishes...

It gave me an HRV reading from last night with no status. Imma have to research that. Nothing has shown up there until this morning.
