Voter ID Law Struck Down in PA

Judge says showing your ID is an unnecessary burden to voting.

if that's true then registration seems to also fit. Can't wait to see the "we trust you - just show up and vote"

I think you are missing the second point, which is that the state was unable to justify why it was necessary. That's ultimately the problem.

How do they justify requiring residents to present photo identification to buy booze?

Do you think official government issued photo ID should be required to be able to vote?

Lets just start making up our social security numbers. That'll help after you muck one up. It's odd how some are too damn lazy to go get an ID & use lame ass excuses yet will find a way to jump in a line a mile long for free money or anything free.

I think people in well regulated militias should have them. Like the National Guard. Or any official state militia.

I think able bodied people should have to work for food & money. Oh yea thanks for showing how you like to pick & choose what part of the constitution you want to live by.
