As for Von Pearson, he frankly has impressed --- starting simply with his general conditioning upon his reinstatement. Yes, Pearson had lost some weight but he had followed a suggested training regimen that Tennessee had given him when the academics side opted to suspend Pearson from school despite the absence of any charges at the time --- and now the absence of any charges, period.
You're correct. I do want to see Von back on the field. This chick has already proven to be a liar so why should we believe anything else she has said? Proof is in the pudding.
She should be outed given the crap she's stirred up. You shouldn't be able to falsely accuse people of heinous crimes and just walk away from it.

Not having enough evidence to prove something in a court of law is not the same as saying the accuser fabricated the charges or that the accused is entirely innocent. Even though no charges were filed, it doesn't automatically mean the alleged offense didn't occur.
And even though a complaint was filed, it doesn't mean the alleged offense did occur. Works both ways.
The answer is no he is not. Criminal guilt in this country/jurisdiction is determined at trial and in front of a jury of peers in the event the accused pleads not guilty. Von has not stood trial therefore no jury, therefore he is presumed innocent.
But was he ever kicked off the team and taken off the roster?
Unfortunately, in the court of public opinion, and especially social media, being accused of a crime means you are 100% guilty regardless of evidence up to and including alibis from the Pope or any past president and events occurring in such a way that only time travel could make you guilty.
