No, that's what people subjectively say when charges aren't brought. But if "the law" doesn't bring charges, it's the same as saying no crime occurred. It's pretty black and white, pretty cut and dried. There's either evidence to say a crime occurred (in which case charges will be pursued and brought) or there isn't.

My 2 cents...this girl is a cleat chaser that got dismissed and was none too pleased about it. Also, there needs to be some kind of yearly talk or training session amongst the team where it is explained that any females that actively seek you out while a member of the team is almost certainly out to either A) Pin a false crime on you, or B) If you have NFL potential, get you to knock her up so she'll be set for life. I know these are young men and they are going to engage in certain activities, but for God's sake make it with some woman that has no idea who you are outside of the University community.

On the other hand it could just be that he was as dumb as a box of rocks.

Biggest news about Von this week: He's only 6'0". I thought he was 6'3", but the new roster has him listed at 6'0".

He's never looked 6'3 to me but I didn't realize he was that short. Typo maybe?

Also, had Dobbs down about 10lbs to 207. Kamara up to 215, PWill at 209, Cortez McDowell up to 240!
