Maybe we should consider some kind of a boycott that affects the university.

The DA and KPD aren't preventing Von from attending fall camp... or enrolling in classes... or playing in September. UT suspended Von. UT isn't allowing Von to play. UT overturned Von's appeal to return to campus. Vince Carilli is the one who unilaterally decreed that Von Pearson is "a significant risk of substantial harm to the health and safety of others"-- without providing a rationale for his decision. If the investigation closed today and the DA announced she would not pursue charges against Von, there is no indication that UT would lift the suspension or allow Von to play.

If you're going to witch hunt, hunt the right witch.

Guess we get to test this hypothesis?

Now that he's been cleared, the University will probably be swift in reinstating him.

I'm sure Butch will have this worked out pretty quick.....although Vincent Carilli's email is a google search away. I dont agree that it hurts...as long as it's not threatening. Von's future is in the balance and he has been cleared...so why not move with a little urgency.
