Deduction: Von will be back.

So if it is not rape but just exposing ones self to a woman (at 4 am) on the street; does that make it OK and he should continue his career at UT? Not sure that is the type of player I would want representing my school. I think you learn to keep your junk in your pants around 1st or 2nd grade at the latest. If he still struggles with it in college, then there are deeper issues there.

It's all cool. A sad subject that has been discussed too much on here with no one really knowing the facts. If Von is innocent or did not rape anyone then hopefully he is back. With any appropriate punishment for whatever he did. And I really hope the team will finally learn the lesson that they should not put themselves in this situation.

Provided*he's not charged he will be back. The feeling from several people that I have spoken with is that it doesn't appear that he will be charged with anything, but the investigation has not been closed. Investigators*were trying to speak with a couple of more people this*week

Me too. Shooting moons and even stars was old hat back then for high school and college age kids. Oh well. Things change, and usually not for the better. Kids should not be kids. You can end up in jail these days.
