You horrendously missed the point of that comment. The point was that in only 30 seconds of research, I could debunk the garbage he spewed about something like 90% of rape cases were not credible claims
CAUTION. UPDATE AHEAD:
On Doug Matthews radio program he mentioned a 1 hour conversation he had with CBJ. As part of that discussion, Von Pearson came up. Although Matthews was careful to not put words in CBJ's mouth, Doug felt the tone of the discussion meant that CBJ is cautiously optimistic in Von's return. As a side note, Matthews shared CBJ's frustration with these situations because it is a topic of conversation every week in the coaches meetings. And they are making it a point to help the players understand the importance of "avoiding the appearance of impropriety" (my choice of words; not Doug's or CBJ's).
I'm not sure you debunked, or conversely, proved anything.
You said you found data that shows X.
I was giving you data that showed that X probably isn't right either but that the situation is very complex.

Hopefully good news. Glad to see an actual update on situation.CAUTION. UPDATE AHEAD:

Just curious, do you agree with Drylow's claim that "90% of rape accusers are not credible"?
If not, you sure seem to be going out of your way to defend his position.

I doubt that number but this is a VERY murky thing to discern. There are many false accusations and particularly among the "date rape" variety. This is a biproduct of a radical feminist movement that says things like "All heterosexual sex is rape" and the diatribes on the meaning of the word "no".
OTOH, there are perhaps many, many more unreported rapes because women don't want to deal with the shame or face the accused. Women sometimes question irrationally whether they truly were raped or believe others won't really believe them.
It is far more complex than either of you seem to want to consider.
PS- this comes from a guy that thinks punishment options for violent rapists should include the death penalty.
