You can have your hand, wrist, forearm in contact and containing or moving the facemask as long as your fringer do not have completed a grasping. Also you will notice our guy did not sustain contact very long at all.... certainly not continously. You can twist the helmet with leverage on the facemask as long as you are not intertwined with it as defined in the rule AND he was a runner at the time of the contact.
