VOLS in other cities besides Knoxville

I'm in Lafayette, IN by way of small town west Tennessee. I see license plates, window decals, shirts and hats every day repping the power T. Lot of Vols up here.

South Bend, In Vol fan here, obviously its mostly ND fans around but I see a TON of Vol shirts, car stickers, and other stuff. Alot more than you would expect for having another major university in town and being northern indiana.

Lived in Lexington for the past three years. Surprised by how many Vols fans I run into on a daily basis.

I may have an extra ticket to the game but that would be quite a hike for you.

SM is great. Go do the touristy stuff at the pier. There are several fantastic restaurants on PCH from there to Malibu.

If you want to go further in to the city, go to Beverly Hills and drive around, Hollywood sign, Chinese theater, etc. head down to Venice Beach and walk around people watching.

The Lakers are in town on Friday and Sunday. They suck this year so you can get cheap seats, plus LA Live is down there with tons of restaurants and bars

Thanks! I think we're going to Malibu Saturday so I'm not sure if we'd be able to make the game.

But it's likely the first of a few trips to la.

Thanks for the recommendations

How many Vol fans in Vegas? I would love to watch games with some fans that aren't from USC or UCLA

Thank you and I'm sorry to hear about your dad as well. Yeah I believe that was always something I heard when visiting, every one in that area has some relation. I actually plan on retiring in shady valley.

Beautiful area! I hope you enjoy that so very much. We talked about going back but you know how it is.. now if mine were to retire and we lived near Knoxville, he said he'd never get me off campus and we'd always be going to some type of something, LOL.. that ain't no lie either... I said you'd find me camped out in front of the stadium doing nothing.. absolutely love my East Tennessee.. Oh I still have family in Elizabethton, Stoney Creek, Piney Flats and Kingsport, we just aren't close, if that makes any sense.. My only sibling lives in Marietta, she and her fiance', now husband moved from Knoxville several years ago to Marietta.

South Florida - Miami / Ft.Lauderdale. Three graduating generations (with me) and 4th (nephew) in now. All thanks to my dear Grandpa Billy P who has possibly the greatest Orange room outside of Neyland's relatives or Peyton's (all given as 'tokens of thanks from UTK btw - he doesn't know how eBay or internets work) . He does get calls quite a bit to help those ahem extra things our guys need though.
