That is good. Hunter was beloved, Drew will be also. Pence rode his scooter to the ballpark, that guy was awesome.

@greasemachine and I spent the past few days in Fort Myers taking in the last week of Zander’s season with the Mighty Mussels. Z got warmed up Wednesday night getting ready to pitch in extra innings, but the Mussels walked it off instead. Then he got hot twice Thursday and they only let him pitch one inning due to all the bullpen throwing. But he had a proud (and probably slightly embarrassing) cheering section for that inning! 17 pitches and 12 strikes with a couple of pop-ups and 2 hits. Really proud of this guy. They are all exhausted. I can’t imagine playing baseball every day in the insanely humid weather here. @greasemachine and I were worthless after a couple rounds of mini golf.

I got to witness a 3-run Burke Bomb in Birmingham tonight. Also got to see former UT transfer commit (but taken by the draft) Ryan Galanie get a couple of good hits for the Barons. The current #5 MLB prospect, Jesus Made, made his AA debut for the Shuckers tonight and hit a triple. He sure has some flashy shoes!
