Vols in MLB Update

@greasemachine and I spent the past few days in Fort Myers taking in the last week of Zander’s season with the Mighty Mussels. Z got warmed up Wednesday night getting ready to pitch in extra innings, but the Mussels walked it off instead. Then he got hot twice Thursday and they only let him pitch one inning due to all the bullpen throwing. But he had a proud (and probably slightly embarrassing) cheering section for that inning! 17 pitches and 12 strikes with a couple of pop-ups and 2 hits. Really proud of this guy. They are all exhausted. I can’t imagine playing baseball every day in the insanely humid weather here. @greasemachine and I were worthless after a couple rounds of mini golf. 😂

That’s great that you all attended. Knowing the attendance at those games, I’m sure your cheering stood out😉
