As bad as I hate to I’ll be the first to bring negative energy in here. I’ll preface it by getting this out of the way. “It’s the first practice chill, etc.”
Our WR core is thin as a banjo string. We have no proven running backs. Our QB situation we all knew would be in the air with the competition developing, but I’ve heard from a few different sources that saw practice now combined with a OL saying Merk is the standout qb so far. I know the orange and white game is vanilla and a glorified scrimmage, but how much did the guy improve in 2.5 months of offseason? He looked scary to be honest. The one time he got significant playing time against scrubs last year he was terrifying to watch as well. I am fully preparing to buckle up for what will be an emotional wreck of a ride this year. I hope I’m wrong. Man, would I love to be wrong!

Fingers doing his thing.
The season has officially begun.
Vamos Vols!
I’m glad you know me so well. I can’t believe I have skipped family gatherings due to being a fan of this team, stuck around for decades hoping the next year will finally be the year, screamed til I was hoarse and crossed my fingers as my heart pounded in my chest every time we were in a close game. You’re right. I hope I’m right. I hope we suck. Makes a lot of sense to me, I guess?Yeah, he didn't hate being the first to bring the negative as he said, he is really pumped about it. And I agree he also does not hope he is wrong.
So he isn't playing for a 2nd year? I feel like I've heard people talk about him being one of the starters. Maybe I'm going crazy?
Ok now I'm so lost. Maybe jacobe was who I was thinking of... but I thought he was the one who transferred out? Who was the big transfer in the secondary that was a little surprising and big hit to the secondary? His knee injury was way worse than originally thought. Really bad apparently. At this point, I just hope the guy ever makes it back to the field and can have a good life after ball.
Farooq and Beasley will play at Safety this year. Turrentine is the lone veteran there, but his 12 missed tackles last year lead the team so he will have to tighten up. Jacobe Thomas is also back. We have 6 freshmen DBs of varying sizes and abilities but I don't know how many play versus redshirt. The 25 class had a big haul for DBs though...we got some good players there but they are young.

My bff who lives in Temecula, CA has been divorced thrice. Basically lost a fortune in each divorce. He told me he’d never marry again, and he had some beautiful women who left him for his stance on the matter. I asked him why once.Ben Affleck: dumbest man on the planet.
He cut loose a young J-Lo (and an older J-Lo)
He cut loose Jennifer Garner
He cut loose Ana de Armas
One of those ladies (I'd go with Garner) HAS to be worth working it out with.
