Wrong. I never "dogged" Hurd. I simply pointed out that he's tall and lanky and may end up at receiver before it's all said and done. That's not being anti-UT. Nor have I "hated" on the program, whatever that means.

All accurate posts. You must think we are better than we are. Just watch Hurd's highlights. He's a good 4 star player. He's not Fournette or anywhere near that good. The punter we picked up looks crappy on tape. And yes, if you look at our recruiting class, it is great, but mainly at finesse positions. We lack bruising RBs and big aggressive linemen. Apparently you disagree, and that's fine.

CBJ and staff have played the recruiting game like a Stratovarius. They have timed being #1 just as the Summer begins, Summer workouts start, and potential recruits get ready to go to Summer football camps. Perfect timing.

Jalen Hurd will probably run for about 800-900 yards on Candy in his four years with the Vols and score about 12 TD's. Go back to your sweetie Jimmy Franklin and leave us alone on the VN board.

The lanky eventual wr or te label is a default for rival fans...my nephew in Crossville who married an Illini grad and adopted such as his school, claims to have seen Jalen play and preaches the same spiel. I tell him that I agreed with him...when I was convinced that he was an Ohio State lock...it's a refuge for those missing out on a possible once in a lifetime type talent...it's predictable and understandable
