If they are wavering to FSU, it follows that team success is a high priority for them. We're probably not strategically positioned.
We lost a lot of games last year and didn't lose a single recruit.
It was also dooleys first year. In second year, it may be worse than the first, because of injuries. Im just saying that the guys we have now, understand that PT is at a premium. Plus the OP said that FSU players are re-thinkin their commitments. Why would they consider Tn? Seems like those kids are not liking the fact that FSU is on a losing streak. The thought of them being a Top-10 preseason team has lost its luster. You will probably see more recruits leave FSU as the year goes along.
I wasn't saying that FSU commits are going to be standing in line to come to UT. I agree with you that is unlikely, although Shanks is a possibility since he's been to UT a couple times this year and his cousin is married to a staff member. I was pointing out to you (since you said if UT gets beat badly by Bama and loses to USCe and Ark we might lose some commits) that we got beat badly last year by a few teams and lost a lot of games and still didn't lose a commit. Dooley isn't selling what FSU is selling.
These current UT commits are well aware that the program wasn't going to win the SEC this fall, they know it's another year or so before that can happen. They're being sold on being apart of the class that gets the team over the hump with enough talent to win an SEC championship and of course early playing time if earned. From following recruiting pretty closely my opinion is that won't lose a single commit that we currently have. It's possible, of course, I just don't think it's likely. JMO

Brother, I hope your rite, from what Ive read and seen, I like all the recruits that are coming in. They have the potential to get us back to where we belong. The LB's especially look like a "special" group. They have all the skill sets to do something special at UT. Now, I wouldnt mind stealing some recruits from Ole FSU. That Shanks kid looks like a good one too.

The crazier moosecamp gets on the sidelines so goes his recruiting. Somebody in a position must have made mention to him (IOW stifle it), his antics were subdued during the Auburn game. Won't last long. gator fans have real reason for concern as long as moosecamp is HC.
