Sure it was. If you don't know what's in your hand as you pull the trigger, it's called negligence. You gotta know what device you're firing, especially if you're trained in law enforcement

I’d remove the qualifier at the end but otherwise agree. They are expected to be more prepared but the responsibility is the same in that situation for anybody. Granted I don’t know if a CHL holder that would carry a taser too

It was a she and they caught it all on video. We all debated the video here. She completely folded under pressure and used the wrong weapon.
