This: if Buster fires Tony after one year for anything other than a scandal, his ass is going out the door as well. Add in the fact that there will be a lockout for the majority of next season, and I can't see Tony going anywhere until 2028 at the earliest.

He's also dirt cheap ($1mil/year), so his buyout won't be that much if it ever comes to it
