I sure hate that Vitello’s first game with the Giants had to be against those damn Yankees. I guess in a way it was cool that it was against such a legendary franchise, but it also would have been nice to have played against an opponent they would have had a better chance of beating.

Good luck. That ain’t going to happen. TV too important to the entire identity of UT baseball. I personally could care less if he succeed or fails. I think this is going to be a Saban in the NFL type deal. Yes, he’ll return to college and yes, we’ll suffer for it.

And yes, we will continue to measure success by the guy who had the most.

Unfortunately I agree with you. He will come back and torment us. Just like Saban did to LSU. On the up shot, LSU did win two more national championships with two different coaches after Saban left them. Maybe we will do the same.
