Below is a generalized chart for our visitor seating for an expected full house. When we play OOC teams these seats are grabbed up by the general public or just left empty (in today's economy).
Usually games like UTjr, UGA, BAMA, UF, Clemson fill these sections pretty well.
The only lower level seating is in the closed corner of our stadium opposite of the pressbox. There is less seating for teams like yours that bring the full band to The Cockpit as they will occupy the "wedge" in the exact corner.
Honestly, I would much rather be towards the bottom of the upperdeck than in that corner. I think visitor cut-off is about 15-20 rows up in the upperdeck and the crowd is less insane. The left side of the lowerlevel corner is not angled enough so those in the first 1-5 rows can't see over the benches. Those in the wedge and a bit to the right are angled a little better. To the left (looking at the picture) is our student section and to the right is our season ticket folks.
As mentioned above, the spirals are a great place to watch the game if you get there early enough to get a place to lean but you have to be okay with standing the entire time. I have only done it once.
Parking in the fairgrounds is now permit only. You can find parking just about anywhere around the stadium if you arrive in time. A block away from the stadium will cost you about $30 and it only goes down to about $20 once you start heading out of the area. Anywhere on Bluff road is your best bet. If you head towards town there is limited parking in an old mill area called Olympia and in the other direction are various industrial businesses and truck companies (the junk yards mentioned above) that are always open for parking.
The fairgrounds, around the stadium, the Farmers Market, the Armory and the various townhomes in the area will not be available.
Enjoy your trip and get drunk!
