The negativity here is hard to understand... The only thing I can attribute it to is that there has been some carry over from football to basketball with the battered vol syndrome thing. It's real.

1 and done makes us all nervous. Final four has always been a dream for me to see our men make it.

Me, too. Just something special about saying u made the Final 4. Really, the only sport where if u don't win it all there is still a prestige in coming in 3rd/4th. Btw, I miss the 3rd place game. Although meaningless, it was always cool that if u made the Final 4, u always got another game even if u lost the semi-final game, imo

Never saw purdue look this good and never saw Nova look this bad.One of those special March Madness debacles you don't see during the season.

Watching Purdue and Edwards reminded me of the Lofton/JJ days. Especially Lofton. Once he got going there was nothing anyone could do. You just shake your head in amazement. Big difference with Edwards is that he can take you off the dribble as well. Makes life very, very hard as a defender. Still, we have a huge challenge today. Iowa has 4 threats to worry about. We'd better come ready to play defense and hungry for rebounding.

My in-laws are all huge Purdue fans. Would love to destroy them, but dear God if they beat UT, they would be insufferable.
