Someone really should get Verne and Gary from CBS a couple coonskin caps for the game this Saturday. This will be the 4th game in a row that they've covered. 100% dyed in the wool Vol fans by now!

I'm sorry but I can't stand that we even play on CBS. Love the spotlight for the 330 game but I wish we had a different network than having to listen to those goobers.

I'm sure the feelings mutual. Knowing they can't stand UT, this is sort of redemption for vols fans, especially knowing it tore them up we won UF and UGA games. I'd love to be a fly on the wall during commercial breaks and hear what they say about us.

Hope we shut their asses up again saturday.

If I have to hear that stupid ""da da da daaaaaa da da da daaaaaa" theme song again, I'll put the remote through my tv.

I always change over to another game as soon as I hear "we'll be right back"

Thats funny..did anyone else notice him mess the name up again last game..showed him on sideline knelt down when Obrian was hurt, and completely butchered his name again..couldnt help but laugh

I sometimes wonder if they do it on purpose. I never picked up on them butcher opponents names so far.

If it had not been injuries it would have been CBS TV timeouts I'm sure. Their games also seem to go longer than the other others. Something they have been known for for a long time. I love the time slot. I just cringe knowing it's going to be a long one every time.

Verne was on the radio this morning and he couldn't have been more classy and complimentary. The difference in hearing him just talking vs trying to keep up with a football game was pretty stark.

Verne and Gary:
After we win Saturday, I am afraid they will have a complete meltdown. I wouldn't want to have to clean up that mess.

after this game we will be lucky to be on anything other than the SEC network..Verne and company will not know what to do not calling a VOLS game after all this...I AM SURE he will miss hearing ROCKY TOP....:rock::p:dance2:
