They can only play who is on their schedule. 1 less loss than us right now.

I hope we blow them out. At the same time, if you can’t be intellectually honest enough to see how well Clark Lea has done at Vandy (a traditional last place SEC team) then you watch every game through orange tinted glasses.

Dude these Nashville “vol fans” sucking on the weak Vandy bandwagon is embarrassing. They are a product of the unbalanced SEC schedule and STILL haven’t accomplished anything. Their coach is a loser. Pavia is a loser and their program is a joke.

Lea’s SEC record is not much better than his predecessors

Could be highly effective because Pavia won't stay in the pocket long enough to make his progressions. If it's not a quick opening down field he's gonna look at #1, glance at #2 and go. A spy and some elevated play at the corners would shut him down nicely.

I think we can score as much as we want. It’ll come down to how conservative we go with a lead. We cannot take the ball on big stops or turnovers and settle for 3 runs and a Max Gilbert attempt.

He has Vandy higher ranked than TN this year.

To say that Pavia is a loser and their coach is a loser, shows you are probably the loser.

No one is sucking on a Vandy bandwagon either. It’s acknowledging that Vandy isn’t the same as years past. They have a good coach and play well together.

I would say if Lea stays he will go out and get 20 or so players that have 1 year left get older hungry players it has worked for them this year but he will need to find a 7th year QB it the mix some where 🤣 . I really don't think its Lea he needs to go get some money before it is found out its not him, I think it is Jerry Kill former NMS HC & Tim Beck offensive coordinator that came with Pavia and brought 2 other of New Mexico States best players with them. That don't happen every year in the portal.

This game wil be a tough but winnable game. If we play as well against Vandy as we did Florida we can win by a couple scores. If we get up big we need to keep on the steam and win by the largest margin as possible. We are not likely to make the playoffs after only bumping to 18 but it gives us a chance if we make it look like a cake walk against a higher ranked team.

keep saying this crap, it's going to look even better saturday...

Vandy is ranked higher because they played mediocre LSU and Mizzou and we played UGA and Oklahoma....that's it

That matters to us, but not to the playoffs police. SOS only matters when it suits their biases. Same with head to head records and whatever else could be cited. The committee is going to pick whoever they like and the whatever metric they use will be what’s handy to the narrative.

We should win, but we’re too unpredictable to bet the farm on this game.

I'm impressed with what Clark Lea has done. I think they're at their peak, though. I think he's raised their floor to 4/5 and their ceiling to 8/9. I'm guessing they fall off next year after losing a lot of seniors and Pavia. It will be impressive (for Vandy) if Clark Lea can win 6-7 games next year.

They're at their peak while we're wrapping up a mild rebuilding year. They're no longer a complete joke and have a punchers chance if we don't have our A game. We've been inconsistent this year, so i guess it's possible. If we play our A game, Vandy doesn't have a realistic shot at beating us.

We simply out talent Vandy.
