'26 VA RB Savion Hiter

Could be an out of nowhere thing like Moa and end up at UGA
that wasn't exactly out of nowhere. was a surprise, but AP had been saying fact he pushed off the commit being a legacy. he read the tea leaves.

hiter didn't talk, he wont. so it's meat chicken or vols. all about the relationship. but just in case we have the better offer.

Hypothetical…if you could only have one of Hiter or Keys who would it be?

I’m inclined to say Hiter…this offense has made good RBs look like really good/great RBs…I’d love to see what it can go with a RB who’s already really good/great…

I’m also very confident in the talent we’ve amassed and are continuing to amass at WR…Keys is a dude for sure but I also think we’ve got more than one dude at the position already if you include this class in the discussion…

IMO JMO VFL GBO WGWTFA!!!!

Everyone keeps answering that question with Keys. And I get it. He’s elite. And yes, our rushing offense has been successful with 3* recruits at RB.

But I’d pick Hiter. Here’s why:

1) Our running game could go to another level with this dude. Defenses would be forced to make adjustments to try and slow our run game down because this dude can take plays blocked for 5 yards and take it 40.…which might just be the counter adjustment we need to adapt to the adjustments defenses have made to Heupel’s deep passing game.

2) We have King, Moa, and Bey as WRs already in this class. Those are some dudes. Keys is elite, but the drop from Keys to those guys isn’t the drop from Hiter to whoever is on the roster at RB when he gets here.

Hopefully it won’t matter because we get both. I’m going to predict that we will.

was reading Basilios blog and he said "Michigan was the logical choice for Hiter but recruiting is anything but logical"

sorry to be confused but what makes Michigan the logical choice? Seems poorly worded

The point your making about us taking good RBs and making them look great bolsters my opinion of why I would pick Keys as another elite WR because we have been lacking in production at that position. Keep making good running backs look great and keep stacking the WR room with 5 stars and we be good.

Keys all day. He's just that type of player.

I put a pause on automatically thinking endowment's meant a school was financially well-off when Harvard (who has the largest endowment at $53 billion) was not in financially good shape. Their endowment is apparently tied up in a bunch of non-liquid assets along with the normal conditions that donors put on contributions. I guess it does mean that those schools have people willing to contribute, but as you say, the question is what will they contribute to? I believe Vandy's endowment is over $10 billion. That's not getting them anywhere in the NIL space.
Off topic, but there is also the circumstance that Harvard is a big-time Federal-funds grifter and, as rich as they are, are trying to persuade the public that they are poor. 😂 Apologies to all for following that thought to where it led.

Go Vols! 🍊 Savion Hiter would be great at Tennessee!

Tony B doesn't himself follow recruiting. In his blog he let's a gentleman name X do all his recruiting talk and information. X said he believes Michigan is leader by slight margin. No insider information just his prediction because of big recruiting gurus say the same. No new news its just a hunch by all these guys just like AP hunch is TN. Beautiful LORD'S Day. In CHRIST Alone
