The problem is that even with Keys, we will still be 4-6 in SEC recruiting.
That ain't good enough. Ceiling at that rate is 9 wins with a 10 win season every 3-4 years depending
on our schedule.
NoAs in if we got Hiter, we somehow would have lost Lewis?
No, I don’t think that’s the case.
So then you would have never wanted Hiter to begin with.No
As in, if we landed Hiter, and Lewis started over him because of his experience and rising performance, Hiter very well may transfer or become a locker room problem. Windows of playing time and opportunity are not what they used to be nor is the strategy of roster management.
I mean if it’s between getting an elite RB for elite money or getting an elite Oline for elite money. You take the second option. Not sure if it’s already been mentioned in here but AP said Hiter’s final number ended up being north of a million dollars.
That’s a lot of money to spend elsewhere whether it be on Keys, other flips or the portal next off-season.

Well either way, I do not believe Michigan has a good coach. I think we will have another swing at Hiter before this is all said and done.If the NCAA was ever going to do anything to Michigan, it would have happened last week. The ‘AA did the bare minimum so it would come across as them at least doing “something.”
Why do we feel like it's ok to just run with stuff like this. Not factual. But we throw it around like it doesn't matter what the truth is. Mom forcing her son to commit to a school because it means more money for the family is not what happened in this recruitment. Great family. It was a close tough decision. Both NIL offers were very lucrative. He is the number 1 RB for a reason. No doubt. I would love to have the kid and maybe he reconsiders and chooses the Vols. Mom wants that money now. Understandable.
So you know the family personally? Please enlighten us. All the noise is he was paid higher than 1 million. While no one can know what the family actually thinks, it was obvious the mom was excited about Michigan. But I’m waiting to hear all the inside family information that you know. Why do we feel like it's ok to just run with stuff like this. Not factual. I know what has been reportedly by reputable sources. I also have some info from someone who has some info that doesn't report it on message boards. So you know the family personally?
