'26 VA OL Darius Gray

I can't answer that for sure but I can tell you one of the areas they have not been at all shy to invest in has been the offensive line.
True that. Seems like they're investing in our most glaring needs from last season. WR talent, athletic LBs, OL. You Love to see it. Heupel's not stupid, and he hears our concerns. Guys that work in the AD constantly have people giving their opinions, and people talk. He has dozens of people working in and around him whose entire job is pointing out weaknesses in his team. So far it seems that he almost always does what he can to improve those.

I think you spend more money on the OL than you do at a position like DB, especially with your track record turning lower-ranked DBs into NFL players, every year regardless of what the weakness might have been on the last squad.

Their evaluation and development of corners and DBs in general has been on point. This staff has produced 3 NFL DBs (drafted) and currently has multiple future NFL DBs on their roster. Our defensive coaches make up for not spending millions on a "generational 5 star corner"

Dude needs to get in the boat while there's room.
While there’s room?

At 103 scholarships next year, Tennessee could sign all 21 committed recruits in this class, plus 8 more and be at the 103 limit AND THAT IS IF no one transfers and no one goes pro early, opening up more spots.

But players WILL transfer and go pro early. So Tennessee can probably sign 15-20 more (in addition to the 21 committed) in this class and have room.

In other words, there will always be room. Because Tennessee won’t have 103 players next year after transfers and early NFL departures. And they’re not adding another 15-20 to this class.

I can visualize a 2028 OL with Osenda, Blair, Gray, Baker, Shabazz across the front.
Seems like everyone has forgotten Baker in this class but I think he’s gonna shine.
We be Osendaing Hiter to Bake-r up a ton of yards. Black and white, no Blairy Gray area. Our previous OL recruiting was such Shabazz.

Excited to land this dude.

Yep and will still pretty good

Toughness. Mentally and physically...coupled with bleeding Orange his entire life are the reasons he played hurt and undersized every single week and STILL made 1st team All SEC and was an All American. He is a candidate for retiring his number at UT . All heart and knowledge

Darius, you tease

The Tennessee Volunteers could be receiving some very important news on Sunday, as Darius Gray is set to announce his final schools prior to his commitment. A commitment has yet to be set, but the talented prospect could be announcing later in the cycle, as he is a priority to many programs, including the Tennessee Volunteers.

This one could go any which way. South Carolina and Clempshit make me nervous, ONLY because how 'off' they are. They are kooks, and wouldnt put anything past them.
