So many to list... but what I'm going to the Judge for is, I was hurt in a Helicopter incident that crushed disks in my lower back. That was back in 92 just before I got out. I couldn't take the pain any longer in 2000 and went to the VA for help, they told me they lost all my medical records and if I didn't have them I was out of luck. They found them, (as per the VA) 3 months later and didn't call me back in until I went back for other reasons in 2011. As per the VA laws/rules, they were supposed to call and set up an appointment as soon as they found my records. They didn't. Plus so many other things to long to list. What was the issue?

Its a crime that vets have to go to the VA.. Should be able to see anyone of their choosing and doctor should be able to bill for services through the normal EMR billing services
I thought I was at 60, right now I'm at 50%. Since they keep denying the tumor, even though they lost all my records and as per the "Federal Judge, they can't deny me because they don't have a leg to stand on." They denied me anyway, forcing me to gather more evidence, and more time in the appeal process. What they are hoping for is that I, and many vets like me die before they admit they screwed us. <-- my opinion. At 70%, you will get free care at a VA home the rest of your life, at least shoot for that.
The Mission Act was passed in June 2019 allowing more freedom for this. Its a crime that vets have to go to the VA.. Should be able to see anyone of their choosing and doctor should be able to bill for services through the normal EMR billing services
