Guy has either never been to Nashville or has sour grapes over something like a girlfriend from Nashville who dumped him. Nashville is trending higher and higher every year and ~80 people are moving to the Nashville metro area daily.

It said in the next couple of hours. But I wouldn't expect it to take too long with the other bowls taking shape.

Tennesseans really know how to hate their own state.

I live up in New England right now. So many people up here would kill to live in Nashville. Low cost of living, good job market, nice city, clean, low crime, moderate weather, lots of outdoorsy stuff within a reasonable drive, etc, etc, etc. It's really a pretty good place to live.

I think Tennesseans are often too quick to be negative on their own state because they haven't seen what it's like living in other places. I appreciate all of Tennessee more now that I've lived in a lot of different places.

BS. After the decade we just endured, I can't imagine how any fan would decline any bowl. How soon we forget what it was like sitting home for the holidays? I suspect you'd be one of the first in line to witch if we weren't bowl eligible. You strike me as a young, spoiled, entitled brat. Grow up and appreciate what you have and this team.

I don't care about the rankings sorry. Nashville might be fantastic depending on your personal interests, but I *need* either mountains or an ocean in close proximity to be content. Since you feel slighted I will list two things I do like about Nashville:

Family Dining - Italian Food - American Food - Family Style - Traditional Food - Steakhouse - Authentic Italian Food - Demos' Restaurant

Number two would be the awesome music gear you can score in Nashville pawn shops.

Bonus: Your city gave the world Jason and Scorchers.

Yeah, not really understanding this. Nashville is a great town. Born and raised in ATL and I'll take Nashville all day long over ATL. Would have preferred the Vols be playing in a different town/bowl, but that's not a reflection on Nashville.

What irks me about Nashville is people drive right past the better city (imo) and never go downtown Knoxville. They just beat the hell out of the country/cowboy theme.

I was in the stands for TN/NC with my wife and had a great time. Not where I had hoped the VOLS would land at the beginning of this season but it is close, affordable, and we'll be in the stands wearing orange no matter the apponant. GBO

15 starters out! Keep firing coaches is a stupid solution and anyone who is over 45 yrs old understands that. CBJ has made huge strides to get this program back on track. 4 yrs with what he started with is not enough especially since only a couple of kiffys players panned out. With attrition now of Jr's leaving for the pros (look who we have going tells you he knows talent) is also a reason 4 yrs is not a good measure. There is a huge difference in depth vs quality depth. 2-3 more years will be his measuring stick. Sorry but that is reality.

I don't live anywhere near Nashville. People who rank cities don't live in Nashville.
It's a great city period. You are in a HUGE minority for not liking Nashville.
