Hey thanks KeithStone. I'm in Bristol, TN and have had some problems with Charter and pay per views in the past.

Once it's installed, right click the red shield icon in your task bar and select "Connect/On"

That will take you to a web page that will show your status and connect you to your temporary IP address. Then go to ESPN3 and select Comcast or some other provider that carries it. You may have to connect and disconnect a few times to get in an appropriate region.

(On a side not, you will see a ad bar on top of web pages, but you can close it out. Very small inconvenience to pay for getting to watch some games. :)

DirecTV won't assign the game a channel number until the day before the game. On Saturday you can call them to get the channel number, then order it online and you don't have to pay their $5 fee.

I have had no problem getting the individual game the last two years when it came on PPV, but I see some saying it will be blacked out. Anyone know? I have Dish.

DirecTV told me this morning it would be blacked out in TN. I was calling b/c I have not seen it on the schedule yet, and they said it would not be on there til Thurs or Fri. Can't speak for other ppv carriers.

Ok I just spoke to Dish, and they said that channel 459 is the individual PPV order (the one through Vol Network and not ESPN) and that it would not be blacked out in TN.

Im S.O.L. I have Charter here in Clarksville and read in another thread that JustinTV wasn't an option this year. iirc

Scooter, switch to Dish or Direct and watch better TV, the Vols PPV, and save some cash in the process.

Maybe if we quit scheduling D-2 teams we can be on real tv....won't pay for that...just listen to bob and watch lsu-ducks

My understanding is it's blacked out on game plan but the PPV company will still sell it for $30 and change

It will be on espn3 outside the state of Tennessee. PPV or going to the game is the only way you'll see the game unless you're a computer hack that can find a way to get it on the internet.

I agree! I have the kinnect but haven't tried out how it works with espn3!

I live in Tampa and last year the ppv game cost me 30 this year it was only 9.99. Not sure why the price dropped....
