That Crompton isnt capable
That Clawson cant coach
That the defense hasnt gotten better
That Arian and the OLine cant establish the run

Then I see no reason why we cant go undefeated.

Pardon my optimism. Its more fun to watch the games that way, lol...

This is the time everyone can and should be optimistic. We don't have to be realistic until the games actually begin. I remember being optimistic about the team being good even after being blown out by the best team in college (1997 Nebraska). It takes a little luck to win a NC and SEC title, but even without luck we can still have a great team. Go Big Orange!

As to your smack talk. You little dig definitely qualifies. Your 59-20 comment, while tired as all hell, qualifies as well. I'm glad your studs parlayed that big W over our defenseless team into a 3rd place finish in the division, behind our......defenseless team. Impressive.

Call it unreasonable optimism...but I think you all are going to be shocked by the difference you see in this years team...

But I don't blame you for coming on this board and throwing up last years game....I would probably do it too if the roles were reversed

I have no doubt you guys will be a very solid team and give us a great battle up there. You have 8 starters back on O, it will depend on how good Crompton plays. On D 6 starters back, but the front 7 looks like a possible weak spot. All in all though, having you guys ranked 18th after a 10 win season just shows how ridiculous preseason polls are.

I don't disagree necesarily(sp) with our ranking...I just don't understand how Auburn...who if you look at it faces identical issues as we do....can be a pre-season top 10 in everyone's polls...

Look...I know you all are going to be awesome and probably the best team we face all year...and I know that its part of the game for Gator fans to rub that beatdown in as much as possible...I'm just a little edgy after hearing it for a year...

And even though I'm a homer for UT...I just can't see a repeat of last year....I truly believe we are going to surprise alot of people this year..not just in UF/UT but for the whole season

Our front 7 is improved, to say the least. Our back 4 is massively improved. Our D is very likely better than yours.

I can't disagree because our D is unproven. Like most upper SEC schools, we have a load of talent over there but we have yet to see it on the field.That will be the basis for whether or not we are in Atlanta or not is how those guys play. We are more than fine on O.
Your linebackers on paper don't seem to have a lot of experience, see any problems there??? Discuss
