I know some really idiotic sports fans who go to every single game that their teams play in.

Why so hostile all the time Big? I've said nothing to try to offend you, is it just that I'm a Gator?:boxing2::boxing2::boxing2:

I guess going to EVERY GAME, home and AWAY, since 2001,except the Vandy game 2yrs ago for the birth of my son doesn't give me knowledge of my team. As for going undefeated, of course I hope and expect to win every game, if that sounds like the rants of a troll or flamer, sobeit. See ya at Calhouns on the 19th, and oh yeah, we did win THE BIG ONE against a big 11 opponent.

If you recall me doubting your knowledge about the game then please do inform me...you were the one doubting.

I'm a vol fan, and I am selective as to what I post on this site. I don't pick fights often, but I do honestly get tired of constant Florida "59-20" comments on here...it didn't win you any kind of awards last year, and doesn't help to prove your ability this year.

I remember one Georgia team in 03 that handed it to us at Neyland (and had beat us a few years in a row), and we came back the next season and beat them with a freshman quarterback at their pad (where they had one of the better statistical QB's in college history).

p.s. beating ohio state doesn't really count, because everyone in the SEC does that in bowl games. You would have simply been a disappointment to the SEC if you would have lost.

(but thank you for beating them, because nothing nauseates me more than Ohio State and Bama)

my initial response to you today was how I jab back. You took it personally and I don't mean it that way. Most here would tell you I'm harsh, but never serious about it. Generally just having fun.

This latest comment was just making the point that the two of you comparing who goes to the most games has nothing to do with knowing any football.

I'm happy to talk sports or anything else.

Oh, and I go by bmfpv.

All right bmfpv,
Agreed, he who goes to the most games does not win.

By the way bmfpv, what is the going price up there for a pair of tix. I had 2 in our group bail out in favor of a Vegas trip so I've got 2 extra. They're in N, I'll probably sell to a Gator, just at fair market value.

I'm aware, in just the same way as stevo, that going to the most games does not determine how much you know about how this season goes (but it doesn't hurt)...I do, however, have a large dedication to my alma mater, and have confidence that we have the ability to win the SEC, based on our strengths this year. I just don't like opponents coming on our forums, talking smack for the entire offseason, and thinking that last year will decide this year.

The horse has been bludgeoned to death.

don't know the pricing frankly. I live elsewhere and just buy my season tickets yearly. The few times I scalp, I pay in the 100 per range. UF game, they might be a bit more.

Let me get this straight. You're coming on a Volunteer board talking your stuff, which is ok by the way, and then letting us know that some of your so called gator fans would rather go play in Vegas than attend the most important football game in the SEC East? That's weak my brother.

I'll be there hm, can't dictate what other adults want to do. I'm sure you know plenty of Vols fans who won't be attending the game as well, and it's in their backyard

I'd say street value on gameday will be $150+

If I were you, I would stay home. Or bring some body armor. It's gonna be a nasty environment this year.

EDIT: this post intended for stevogator, not BMFPV

Thanks eloist,
But I wouldn't miss it for anything, and I've never had a "nasty" experience, save for the few drunk college kids that everybody has.

Careful what you wish for, that being said, I don't think we will win by that margin at Neyland. I think we will win by 7-10 pts in a hard fought typical UF vs UT game.

So did you enjoy sitting at home during the SEC CG?:clapping:

The solution for Tebow has arrived and his name is Gerald Williams. He will make Tebow his prison girl and my guess is he will knock him the f@#$ out on his first attempt to run up the middle.
