Not trying to stir the pot here, but would a crazy amount of money get Fred Hoiberg to leave ISU? $2 Mil buyout. Makes $2.6 now at ISU on a contract that runs through 2023. Yes he's an ISU alum, but also he's an ISU alum.

Jeff Borzello, Andy Glockner both mentioned it as possibility. Doug Gottlieb thinks it could work too. Guy who runs BBall Time mag thinks he's the guy

I feel like they'll have a coach in place by the end of next week. They can't waste very much time on this search

I'm quite sure Smart already has turned down more money than he's making at VCU, and better jobs than UT. But there is no reason not to make a run at both him and Marshall, though I have feeling Hart is going to wimp out on the money and target a mid-major guy.
