He's basically a glorified assistant. He makes sure each coach has what they need to go out and recruit.
Makes sure coaches have a plane, and sets up trips and all that.
Sounds like it wouldn't matter, but they can be a HUGE asset to a program.

I guess he's somewhat like a personal assistant.
Fellas I never post, but I have a good friend who went to Chapel Hill who has a co-worker who knows Goenella (probably messed the spelling up). We talked Wednesday and he told me he was coming to UT but at the time I wasn't sure about any details. Based on whats been said on the board I'd say it's a definite.
