Can't remember where I saw this but they had a good point. They pointed out that the same people running Serbia in the 1990s (thugs, mafia guys, spies, and military/security service men) are now in charge of Russia. We all saw what Serbia did in the '90s, except they didn't have nuclear weapons...

One of note is Sergei Yushenkov. The event he was investigating is what led Putin to power. Something to add to that is that Nemtsov was actually Yeltsin's choice. Yeltsin went with a stronger hand that immediately offered him immunity from prosecution. Nemtsov and Putin go way back in the rivalry.

So the Kremlin area has a police force of 4K. Add to the local police, FSB, militsia, etc. and Nemtsov's body laid there for 13 minutes before anyone arrived. Not to mention this guy basically being followed and monitored by the Kremlin. Neglect or complicity are not the two characteristics Putin likes dealing with. But this is what it comes down to.

Theories going on - CCTV footage shows snowplow passing by at that time Nemtsov is shot. If this is true the plow passes in front of the camera at the right moment. Noise of this covers up shots. If this was timed with snow plow and camera this indicates inside job. I can't make much of the video though. The car that allegedly picks up the person had to coordinate this as well. Different bullets used each shot.

Putin pet Zakharchenko (DNR) has come out accusing other Putin pet Kadyrov (Chechen president) of pulling this off. The theories really get crazy.

What difference does this make?

The snowplow strikes me as a coincidence. How do you time a snowplow with someone walking down the road (not on a schedule)?
