Can't have it both ways. They can't say that he's sneaking troops into Ukraine covertly but then assassinates an alleged critic so overtly.
We will have to see about this as more info comes out.
I must admit that it's disturbing news and looks bad on Putin!
Let me pose this question tho.....doesn't Putin have the connections and means to have this done in a more "private" setting?! Just odd that it was out in public like that...
I am. If we just follow the Constitution and the advice of the founders, we wouldn't be scattered all over the globe with our military...
That is more than enough motive for a false flag...
Care to take that up with Jefferson? He might have not agreed with you.
And for a guy defending Putin it's amusing you are telling anyone about keeping the Constitution.
Explain the rest of his opposition being jailed, deported, blackmailed, etc. Nemtsov was the last political threat. False flag is really a cute phrase especially when the culprit has already done this repeatedly. Ask Litvinenko. Ask Yushchenko as well.
What surprises me is that within site of the Kremlin - the most security driven place in Russia - a man is shot right in the street. I've been all around there many times and see FSB, police, militia, etc. all patrolling the streets. Where were they then? Witnesses? Suspects? Anyone see anything there? If security which used to be tight is this lax now, Putin has some serious questions to answer.
Here's a subtle list of "private" killings as well.

And apparently, Nemtsov had some information about Putin and Ukraine that he was planning on releasing.
Don't confuse my desire to be fair and balanced on both sides of this as being 100% loyalty to Putin. My thing is that now I am fully aware of what the US is capable of doing and how we have a tendency to instigate a lot of these problems.
Interfax source: police now searching slain Nemtsov's apartment for docs, will seize his hard drive, question his neighbors.
Yes, let's finish the cleanup and destroy any evidence and damage this man can cause the regime.
There a pic of the crime scene being hosed down by police on Twitter. Not sure that's the best thing for forensic evidence collection though.
"Nemtsov was working on a report presenting evidence that he believed proved Russia's direct involvement in the separatist rebellion that has raged in eastern Ukraine since last April. Ukraine and the West accuse Russia of backing the rebels with troops and sophisticated weapons. Moscow denies the accusations."
News from The Associated Press
Now Putin said earlier this murder was "an act of provocation". Provocation by whom? I really hope we don't find a "Ukrainian killer" and this be some Franz Ferdinand's been shot nonsense.

You're probably the most impressive CSI in the wôrld! You're thousands of miles away and you already have all the evidence and proof you need to convict Putin of murder.
Slow your roll a little bit! There's just as much reason to support this was a provocation, like Putin stated, as not.
You remind me of our govt immediately accusing Russia/seperatist 1 hour after MH17 was shot down. We see where that went...
