How do you think me and Ras feel?!

We are outnumbered, but will keep on keeping on...

That's what makes this thread special...amirite?! :p

you've got Red in here throwing in some actual information as well. i guess we can call him your Spetsnaz.

For a long time it was an equal fight (Velo, Prof, Myself) vs you three (Ras, Pacer, Red) Burhead drops some info but doesn't discuss much, the peanut gallery will pipe in every once in a while. but yeah we are strong core to this thread.

i will say Putin is getting his ruble's worth with you two. :)

It would have been better just to link a RT article. Pravda is the worst of the bunch when it comes to recycling Kremlin talking points.

Again, the problem with your argument is that just about 90% of the newspapers and media here are leftwing/liberal rags. And FoxNews is nothing more than an anti-thesis to the liberal thesis.

You act as though most of the sources you all present are free and independent.

And 100% of Russian media is state owned or run by a Putin ally. I'll say 99% is actual state owned. The other 1% are his allies.

Your problem, on the other hand, is that you think you're intelligent.

Here's the difference:

About 500 soldiers and a few tanks and APC's doing a training exercise in the Baltics = NATO belligerence and threats to invade.

Russian nuclear payload submarines and bombers right on the international borders = standing up to the NATO bully.

See the balance in tone here? See the difference? For such a peaceful leader, tiny Putin likes to get shirtless and wave his nukes in people's faces.

You hit the nail on the head! NATO bully! If America was physically where Russia is, would expect us to sit on our hands?!

Instead of constantly telling the world how powerful it is and how many nukes it has, maybe Russia should actually seek better relationships with all the countries that surround it.

According to y'all tho that's rebuilding the Soviet Union, right?!

Seeking better relationships is not bullying, blackmailing, and invading. I think you've confused the two. Rebuilding the Soviet Union is what they are currently doing. One hybrid war at a time. Once Nazarbayev dies, Kazakhstan is next on the list. Same with Luka in Belarus. Moving divisions of troops along the Ukrainian border like Russia did repeatedly last year is not exactly seeking better relationships. Kidnapping intel agents in Estonia? Nuclear subs and bombers all along European borders?
