Moscow called on Ukraine and the international community to step up "joint efforts" to end "racism, xenophobia, ethnic intolerance, (and) the glorification of the Nazis" - a reference to extremists Russia claims are committing "mass" rights violations in Ukraine.
"The alternative is fraught with such destructive consequences for Europe's peace, stability and democratic development that it is absolutely necessary to prevent it," the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement.

Most of those are definitely Russian nationalists, some even paid trolls. Sprinkle in some American social conservatives who are in love with Putin for his cultural and moral stance against homosexuality. Across the board they are all full of nonsense and seem to be pointing the finger in the exact opposite direction of the deserving name of their name calling.

Probably sometime after May 9, which is Victory Day. I think sometime after May 11, though, which is when the separatists want their referendum on secession. Donestk and Luhansk provinces will vote for secession in a rigged election, Kiev will try to prevent it, and Russia may roll in proclaiming that it's performing a peacekeeping mission as well as ensuring the enforcement of a "democratic" election.
The US does that as well. As noted above, a recent example is the fake Cuba Twitter account. All major countries have professional internet propaganda spreaders.
