Do you think Russia is dumb enough to do this with out having their allies get involved as well? This is a perfect time for Iran, China, and North Korea to start making moves.

You really have no idea what you're talking about. The USA is into China for so much money they wouldn't dream of it.

Iran and North Korea are speed bumps - A U.S. lead coalition supported by the entire EU wouldn't even have to put boots on the ground to smack them around.

It's almost as if you want there to be an armed conflict.

Why would I want there to be an armed conflict? That's asinine. The US has been printing money out of nowhere, and China is aware of it. Do you think China doesn't have something up it's sleeves to fall back on when the US economy crashes? We've already witnessed that Russia isn't worried about the US dollar and is going to go to another currency. Iran and North Korea speed bumps? Not likely. If it comes to a head and these other countries get involved, most likely it goes nuclear.

You mean those same North Korean rockets that blow up 5 seconds after launch? I know the DPRK has a massive military personnel wise but it's equipment is ancient. I'm quite willing to bet if the North ever ordered the army to cross the border most regular conscripts will more than likely defect. The hardliner groups would stay loyal but rank and file most likely disappears.

Nope. Those people are so brainwashed that they truly believe their ruler is a god. If and when they do cross the border they will not be defecting.

Believe what you want. Also the DPRK will not cross the border unless the fall of the regime is imminent. All the North Korean ruling class cares about is self-preservation. They will not start a war they know they will and lose. Neither will Iran for the very same reasons.

Not really. Anyone that is paying attention knows that the Fed is keeping the economy afloat with artificial means. It's going to get real bad once they quit pumping worthless money and the interest rates go up.

Not sure exactly where Iran and Russia stand in a relationship, but Russia and China aren't all that cozy. And if anyone expects North Korea to offer anything more than preservation of its own territory, they're in for a rude awakening.

We've seen some of that even in Ukraine. And as far as I know those soldiers aren't half starved (though they may be way underpaid).

Rubbish. They keep up the facade that their ruler is "God" in order to prevent three generations of their family from going to concentration camps.

The only way that would ever happen is if the leader of either of those countries was suicidal. What would be interesting, just hypothetical of course, is if Iran somehow accidentally dropped a nuke on Pakistan. That would be one intriguing way to get rid of Iran.

I am sure glad we decided to cut our military forces like Europe has. Power projection is the ultimate deterrence. I would rather have the big stick and not need it instead of a situation that calls for it and I only have a small stick.

Overnight there was shootout at a pro-Russian checkpoint. Details are still unknown but it appears some Russian militia were killed. Almost immeidately they claim they have evidence ($100 dollar bills, Right Sector ID card, etc) that Right Sector carried out the attack. Now the Mayor of Donetsk has called for Russian "peacekeepers to protect us" and the Russian Foreign Ministry has also issued a statement. This is probably of the worst false flag operations ever, Moscow just got their justification to invade.

How about we tell people to go find their own damn stick if they want to fight? Sticks cost money and we're broke

We can always cede the world peacekeeper role to Russia. Or we can cut useless government departments and spending. For example, why does every branch need a law enforcement branch? Does the department of labor really need a law enforcement branch?
