There is no way in hell we'd ever invade Russia. Turning the rest of the civilized world against, sanctions and proxy wars is how we will continue to try and chip away at Russia.

Russia isn't Iraq or Libya. Even our govt isn't that stupid..

Just a couple months ago you were willing to admit the US was attempting to instigate a war with Russia and possibly even willing to take some of its land.

Then why lie and keep telling your people this is what the US is trying to do? Why keep the propaganda pieces all spinning this narrative? It's quite sad that one sentence Russia makes Obama out to be some 3 year old who cannot tie his shoes and another sentence that has Obama as Hitler ready to pillage and rape across Europe to gain Russia like some khan.

Stalin embraced the church? This is being portrayed as the most aligned the two have been in 100 years.

Based on this, it's more Putin taking on religious rhetoric than a movement on the church's part. I guess it doesn't require much of him to bash homosexuality and call for whatever traditional morals he sees as useful in gaining support.

My knowledge of the history is admittedly terrible, but if the "Third Rome" is a religious center (as opposed to a political one), wouldn't Kyiv be a more logical choice than Moscow? I think it holds more historical significance to the Eastern church.

Russians will fight regardless of who sits the throne, because we are not fighting for the leader but for Christ and for Russia, the land He gave us as the Third Rome.

During WWII he actually allowed for churches to be reopened and for the masses to come and pray for the nation. It was very conditional but he softened his stance to give one more item to help the people rally around for country. He tightened the grip at the end of the war but it was not as tight as it was pre-war. He turned it into a means to spy on people. The KGB was more or less running the church at that point. Kirill, the current head is a good example of the KGB ties within the church.

It's not this hard for a logical person to see that US/NATO are trying to pick fights with Russia. Everybody sees this but the MSM faithful.

Even the European leaders are starting to distance themselves from American foreign policy. Europe needs Russia and vice versa. The US was left out of the Minsk agreement for a reason. The majority of people outside of the US, plus a minority inside, know that the true aggressor in this conflict and most others recently around the globe as of late, is the US. But, keep up the deflection by going back to communist times, Lenin, Stalin etc...

I'm not MSM faithful and I don't drink anyone's kool aid. Pick fights? Ol' W was in love with Pootie Poot or whatever his nickname was. He stepped on his toes over Georgia because Georgia was close to us. Putin was too busy working on his empire. Putin even had upped the whole spy game again with his 'illegals' program.

The US cared less about Putin until he came out of the dictator's closet. Once he started invading neighbors and picking fights, blackmailing, etc. Russia came back to our radar.

Aggressor? Who is the one invading neighbors and absorbing their lands? Who completely lied about Crimea? Who still is invading neighbors? Who is sending bombers and subs on every coastline in Europe? Who is threatening nations with nuke strikes over simply wanting a defensive shield? Sorry dude but your logic is seriously flawed. The US is no saint but to pin all of this on our country shows you really have no clue. For all your crap about other people believing propaganda, you are exactly what you claim to hate.
