At least he is being honest about being emotional. Guys like Alvarez or Poirer play into Conor's game and then admit afterwards that they got shook. Khabib seems to be embracing the personal nature of this fight.

I honestly don't think he would take a fight against anyone not named Cruz or Cejudo. He had to wait a long time to get the belt back after losing it. He isn't doing the UFC any favors, even with a payday.

What's the point of having the belt if you're passing up paydays? Why would he care to fight Cejudo over Assuncao if the $ is right? Personally, I'd respect him more for beating Assuncao. Nobody cares about Cejudo.

I don't disagree. Dillashaw just seems like he isn't worried too much about rushing into fights. He has a young kid that he probably wants to spend time. He hasn't been hurt and look how many times he has fought in the last 3-4 years. He really picks his spots in fights. I just can't see him willing to want to fight someone other than Cruz or Cejudo. Let him fight one of those two, then feed him a contender.

I didn't say it was a,bad thing. Honestly I'm not sure if he's shook or just trying to keep from exploding.

Cejudo is the bigger name/draw to casual fans, and this is the right world we live in now sadly. And everyone can thank the guy they are fellating.

IDK, Brazil would be thrilled with the RA matchup, right? Does Cejudo have fans? I know this is a flawed way of looking at it, but he's a UFC champ and he has 28k twitter followers. TJ has almost 10x, so whomever he fights of the two, he is the one primarily bringing the fans.

True about most would be to watch TJ, but if you mention Cejudo and RA to casual fans I feel like way more would know Cejudo thus bringing in more people than RA. IMO JMO FMO

And RA beat TJ, so rubber match is a good angle too.

Shevchenko's division is so weak. No idea why they are in such a hurry to get her to the top of it. I think she's a draw without Eubanks being a title match, then they could have the real fight against Montano for the belt.

After seeing the last face off, I think Khabib is 100% just staying calm. CMG seems a little annoyed that Khabib won't react, as he definitely feeds off of his opponents energy. I still hope CMG doesn't get KO'd, I hope it is a slow drawn out beating by Khabib, that ends with CMG quitting on his stool going into the 4th round, or tapping like big chicken due to GNP.
