Agree with both of you. I miss playing UCLA. I liked going out there and I loved it when they came to Knoxville. It was a nice cross country rival. I wish we’d pick it back up.The powers that be at UCLA made the choice decades ago that they did not want to be a football school..
The school is amazing and the campus is absolutely unbelievable
As I said in the game thread last night, I have also been to a few games at the Rose Bowl and the UCLA "fans" were basically the geriatric wine and cheese crowd. Nothing wrong with that. Those folks pay the big $$ for tickets Very few students-or those that were of student age though
While I love me a nice, polite football crowd-when there is no passion at a game, it can be a bit unsettling. Hard to explain really.
And yet we somehow managed to lose our last 2 games to them. No idea how. Actually that’s not true, I know how we did, but I don’t want to say too many bad things. 43 pass attempts with Pre-Georgia Jonathon Crompton is part of the reason.Agree with both of you.
