I've never heard of him being mentioned a 2 but he is a definite 3. There is absolutely no way he would play 2 on any level. He is one of the most complete players on the team. To play the 3 he doesnt need an outside shot he just needs a solid midrange and inside game. I think he will be a solid NBA player. I'll take his word on him returning or not when the season is over though.I don't really think Tyler Smith is NBA ready regardless... since he's projected to play the 2 or 3 he needs to work on his outside shot.

I think if Tyler Smith has a tournament like Tyrus Thomas did a couple years ago, he might consider going pro. There's just no telling, but I hope coach Jones is correct in his prediction.
