I don't think I could pick one highlight (from his weekend visit to the Vols' opener). If I had to pick one it would be running through the 'T.' We got some weapons, now we just need some big uglies to block for them.

Checked out the highlight's from Rivals. He's a big kid with a big arm and he is accurate. Even on the move. His frame kind of reminds me of a QB we had in the mid- 90s. Glad to get him in early...

What a big pick up for the VOLS. Crompton has improved in his short time with this coaching staff. Just think what Bray will do. Endless possibilities of success.

Just heard from Tony Basillio that Tyler Bray was officially committed to the Vols. He said the stud was in the barn.

2 months ago we were all...at least most of us...singing the blues about scroggins and Bray had not been heard of...again by most of us. Now this kid is being heralded as the second coming of Peyton or at least Ainge (probably more like Ainge).

There was a reason no one gave him the full court press at the end of last season and I hope he is as good as most think he is. I am pleased he signed but I am not sure his signing will reverberate to other recruits.

We will see, and I think we might not see a whole lot until 2011. But I am optimistic, just not orgasmic, as some on this site...my optimism comes from Chaney et. al. being pleased; and the obvious improvement shown by JC on Saturday just in form, presence on the filed, actually throwing a couple of touch passes rather than lasers, etc. all I feel due to the coaching he has received in a few short months.

GO VOLS DESTROY ucla and wash last years taste of defeat from my mouth.

We still need 2 qb commits for 2010 right? Does Bray beat out NS for the start next year? Any guesses?

I just moved into base housing last week. One neighbor has a LSU flag outside and another guy 3 houses down has an Auburn flag out. So of course, they came over when I placed two Tennessee flags up and sparked up a conversation. One asked how hungry our fan base was to win again....I think I will just show him this thread.

Nevermind...I was wrong, it is new but I just think they are trying to hold off to make it sound like they cracked the story.

Yep. Between Bray, Ambles, and J. Smith recruiting for us, and the way this staff works nonstop at it, this '10 class could be huge.

Next big area to address is the OL. Was really hoping the James would jump from Bama but that doesn't look like it's going to happen.
